如何顺利完成小初衔接？这是学子们进入初中后面临的第一个课题，也是令不少人感到苦恼和困扰的命题。

     本周初一（7）班承办的升旗仪式上，初一同学以惊艳四座的英语演讲水平，交出了小初衔接的一份亮眼答卷。而他们得心应手的秘密，正潜藏在四位同学的演讲之中。

    学海漫漫，是谁与他们歧路同行？又是什么样的方法，让他们感到春山可望？

    得益于英语杨燕秋老师的悉心教导，七班的英语学习氛围十分浓厚。在碎片化的时间里，许多同学会捧着一本喜爱的英语书籍阅读，聆听一些优美的英文歌曲，相互练习口语。杨燕秋老师的课堂，是生动有趣的，润物细无声，总能让我们在不知不觉中学到具有深度的英语知识。

    听说读写，是英语学习的重要方式。特别地，我们还加上了一个“演”字。

    早自习听Ted演讲磨耳朵，这是听；举行班级演讲比赛，便是说；班级一起阅读英文读物，讨论情节，相互出题，就是读；班级举行英语书法比赛，成就了写。除此之外，之前的英语短剧表演就完美的诠释了演这一方式。初一七班的同学们可谓是将英语运用到了生活中的方方面面。
 

 

    良好学习氛围、高质量学习成果的背后，是科学学习方法的支撑，是班主任杨燕秋老师的良苦用心。

    初一（7）班，采用学习小组的形式，彼此激励、共同进步。班主任杨燕秋老师，时时关切着每个学习小组的情况。

 

    除了身边共同进步的同学，与他们同行的人，还有充满智慧，富有人格魅力的老师们。

    四位同学用英文演讲的形式，诉说了与几位老师同行将近一年的心得体会。
 

2023 is a game changing year to me. It is my great honor to embark on a new adventure at SHSSIP, one of the most prestigious schools in Suzhou. I take pride in becoming a member of Class Seven.

But today I would like to pay my tribute especially to one teacher. She is an affectionate and attentive teacher.  At the outset, it was a whole new and challenging environment to me, so I was a little uneased. She kindly gave me valuable advice, constant encouragement and unconditional support.  With her tremendous help, I gradually adapted to the new school and started flourishing.  

On the other hand, she could be very strict and principled. At the very beginning, I was quite unfocused and talkative in class. She had a couple of serious conversations with me.  Thankfully, I managed to break my bad habit and level up my self-regulation.  

What impresses me the most is how experienced and diligent she is.  I often marvel at the breadth of her knowledge. Moreover, she is incredibly dedicated to her work and students. Every day she is busy with the daily routine of lecturing, guiding and accompanying us.  Her classes are very fun and inviting. Her unique and inspiring teaching style helps us to achieve great academic progress.  

Class Seven is like a big and loving family, with her as the backbone.  She not only imparts knowledge to us but also presents boundless love and care.  She is very thoughtful and hosts a monthly birthday party with treats and gifts to spice our lives up.  She encourages us to study hard and explore the unknown world.  She is always there to cheer us up when we are trapped with frustration and self-doubt.  

Personally, I feel so grateful to come across such a scintillating mentor.  It has been a transformative year to me.  Now it is time to unveil the secret. The teacher I have been talking about is my lead teacher, Ms. Yang.  Here I wholeheartedly extend my gratitude to my school, my teachers, my classmates and my beloved Ms. Yang! 
 

     2023是我人生中游戏规则改变的一年。很荣幸能在苏州最负盛名的学校之一SHSSIP开始新的冒险之旅；很自豪能成为初一七班的一员，携手聪明友善的小伙伴们一起前行。

     但今天我要特别向我的一位老师致敬。她是一位充满爱心、足够细心的老师。初入这个全新且充满挑战的环境，繁忙的学业和激烈的竞争让我有点不适应。是她，耐心地给于宝贵的建议、不断的鼓励和无条件的支持，正是在她的帮助下我逐渐适应了新学校并开始茁壮成长。

    另一方面，对学生她亦严格且有原则。一开始，我在课上常分心，爱讲话。是她，和我严肃谈话，教会我自律。慢慢地，我终于改掉了坏习惯，回到了正轨。

    给我印象最深的是她的专业和勤奋。我经常惊叹于她知识的广度，她的课堂容量巨大，有趣有效。她充满活力，独特的教学风格助力我们取得了极大的进步。此外，她对工作无比投入，对我们无微不至，整天忙于备课、讲课、指导和陪伴我们，不知疲倦。 

     初一七班就像一个充满爱的大家庭，她是我们的家长。她不仅给我们传授知识，而且给予我们无限的爱和关怀。她非常体贴，每月都会举办一次生日派对，为我们的生活增添情趣。她鼓励我们努力学习，探索未知的世界。当我们陷入挫折和自我怀疑时，她总是在那里让我们振作起来。

    对我来说，这是充盈自己的一年，我非常感激能遇到这样一位优秀的导师。她就是我的班主任——杨燕秋老师！春山可望，歧路同行。在这里，我衷心感谢我的学校、我的老师、我的同学和我深爱的杨老师！

 

I’d like to tell you about my favorite Chinese teacher - Mr. Lu. She is one of the most interesting teachers we have at school. Here's what I think makes her stand out:

Mrs. Lu has a round face and short black hair. Her dress is simple and generous, showing her professional demeanor. Mrs. Lu is super friendly and always has a smile on his face, give a person a kind and wise feeling.

In class, Mrs. Lu can always use her humorous language and her own experience to attract the attention of students, so that learning is no longer boring. She's really good at making us feel like we're part of the lesson. She often combines her own experience and observation to tell us about the culture and history behind her course, which not only enables the students to understand the meaning of the language more deeply, but also learned how to think and appreciate the culture and philosophy behind Chinese. We all compare her to a lively little daisy.

She listens patiently and inspires us well. She believes that every student has potential and inspires us to make progress. If you don't understand something, Mrs. Lu is always there to help you out. She never makes you feel silly for asking questions and always encourages us to express our thoughts. Once I didn't get a good result in the Chinese exam. I was lost for a long time. Sensing my low spirits, she comforted and encouraged me: “Setbacks are not failures, they are merely temporary delays in our progress. They are opportunities for growth, learning and self-discovery. ” She made me understand: as long as we don't give up, the next mountain belongs to us.

In short, Mrs. Lu is not just a teacher, she's like a guide who helps us explore the Chinese and its rich culture. Her classes are always filled with laughter and learning, and I feel lucky to have her as our Chinese teacher.

    卢老师圆圆的脸，黑而短的齐耳短发。她穿着偏好简洁大方，展现出她职业女性的风范。她的眼睛明亮而有神，总是带着温和的微笑，给人一种亲切和智慧的感觉。

    课堂上，卢老师总能用她那幽默风趣的语言和她的亲身经历吸引学生的注意力，使学习变得不再枯燥。她常常结合自己的经历和观察，给学生们讲述语文背后的文化和历史，不仅使学生们能够更深刻地理解语言的内涵，更学会了如何去思考和欣赏中文背后的文化和哲学。我们都把她比作是一朵活泼的小雏菊。

    她耐心倾听，善于激励我们。她相信每个学生都有潜力，激励我们不断进步。有一次考试我的语文成绩非常不理想，我失落了很久。卢老师察觉出我情绪低落，主动安慰和鼓励我：“挫折不能代表失败，这仅仅是你学习生涯中的片段中和插曲。”让我明白了：只要不灰心，不放弃，下一个山峰总属于我们。

    卢老师不仅仅是一个老师，她就像一个导游，帮助我们探索中文及其背后丰富的文化。她的课堂总是充满了笑声和学习氛围，我感到很幸运有她作为我们的语文老师。

     Today, I am honored to share with you a very special figure in my school journey .

    She is not just a mentor but a friend, a guide, and an inspiration. She is someone who has not only taught me how to get the right result, but also how important the process and method are!

    In her classroom , She often encourages us to think carefully, to question, and to express our opinions freely. She often tells us mistake is very valuable. So don’t be afraid of making mistakes.  She goes beyond the call of duty, spending extra hours after school to help us prepare for exams. She always finds time to check our mistakes and tell us don’t pay more attention on the scores!

    Her influence on me has been immense. She has not only improved my math skills but also helped me develop confidence in myself. She has taught me the importance of perseverance and the power of positive thinking. Her words of encouragement and belief in my abilities have often been the driving force behind my achievements.
In conclusion, my math teacher is not just a teacher; she is a role model, a mentor, and a friend. She has not only equipped me with the knowledge of Math but also instilled in me the values of hard work, perseverance, and kindness. I am grateful to have had such an amazing teacher in my life, and I am sure that her impact on me will last a lifetime. She is my math teacher-Miss Qian.

    今天，我很荣幸能与大家分享一位在我的求学历程中非常特殊的人。

    她不仅是一位导师，还是一位朋友、向导和灵感源泉。她不仅教会了我如何获得正确的结果，而且教会了我过程和方法有多么重要！

    在她的课堂上，她经常鼓励我们仔细思考，提出问题，并且勇敢自由地发表我们的意见。她经常告诉我们错误是有价值的，所以不要害怕犯错误。她经常付出额外的时间，在放学后帮助我们准备考试答疑。她总是抽出时间检查我们的错题，并告诉我们不要过于关注分数！

    她对我的影响是巨大的。她不仅提高了我的数学技能，还帮助我培养了对自己的信心。她教会了我毅力的重要性和积极思考的力量。她鼓励我的话语和对我能力的信任是我取得进步的动力。

    总之，我的数学老师不仅仅是一个老师；她是一个榜样、导师和朋友。她不仅让我掌握了数学知识，还向我灌输了勤奋、毅力和善良的价值。我很感激在我的生活中有这样一位了不起的老师，我相信她对我的影响将持续一生。她是我的数学老师钱老师。
 

I’d like to tell you one of my teachers. He is not only sunny and handsome, but also full of professional physical literacy and unique personal charm. He is one of our favorite teachers.

When he teaches new sports skills, his standard and wonderful demonstration of actions always amazes us. He is like a sports star, and every movement is full of strength and beauty. When we try it ourselves, he always keenly points out the problems and give us patient guidance, leading us forward in the ocean of sports.

He is just like a caring friend, concerned about our healthy growth. In order to improve our long-distance running level, Mr. Gu regularly arranges for us to conduct running practice and tests. He always cheers us on and encourages us to constantly break through our limits. And he often urges us to strengthen physical exercise after class.

He is like a magician, making every class lively, interesting, and full of vitality. He can always rationally arrange the course content according to our interests and needs, making every class full of meaning and making us feel very fulfilled. He also skillfully intersperses some free activity time in the hard physical education class, allowing us to achieve the purpose of physical exercise in our favorite sports.  

He is such an excellent teacher. With his enthusiasm and professionalism, he has injected unlimited impetus and vitality into our growth. He is our PE teacher- Mr. Gu.


    我想给大家介绍一位我的老师。他不仅阳光帅气，还拥有着专业的体育素养和独特的个人魅力，是深受大家喜爱的老师之一。

    在教授新的体育技能时，他那标准而又精彩的动作示范总是让我们为之惊叹。他就像一位运动健将，每一个动作都充满了力量和美感。当我们亲自去尝试时，他会敏锐地指出我们存在的问题，并给予我们耐心的指导，引领我们在体育的海洋中前行。
他就像一位贴心的朋友，关心着我们的健康成长。为了提升我们的长跑水平，顾老师会定期安排我们进行跑步练习和测试，他总是在一旁为我们加油鼓劲，激励我们不断突破自己的极限。而且他还时常督促我们在课后加强体育锻炼。 

    他就像一位魔法师，让每一节体育课都变得生动有趣，充满活力。他总是能根据我们的兴趣和需求，合理安排课程内容，让每一节体育课都充满了意义，让我们感到非常充实。他还会在辛苦的体能课上，巧妙地穿插一些自由活动的时间，让我们在进行自己喜爱的运动中达到锻炼身体的目的。

    他就是这样一位优秀的老师，他用自己的热情和专业，为我们的成长注入了无限的动力和活力。他就是我们的体育老师——顾老师。
